Summary
The role of QA / Testing Engineer focuses on validating vehicle software functions, specifically through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation, vehicle diagnostics, and Over-the-Air (OTA) validation.
This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity and performance of automotive software systems.
Main Responsibilities
Design, set up, and execute automation test cases on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test benches.
Verify diagnostics communications and fault-handling protocols.
Validate end-to-end functionality of Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
Create and run complex test configurations, network simulations, and automated test scripts using Vector CANoe.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive software testing.
Proficiency in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, including UDS (ISO *****) and CAN protocols.
Experience with OTA validation and testing.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Vector CANoe or similar simulation tools.
Experience with CAPL scripting for test automation.
Fluency in both English and Italian.
