Job Description Key Responsibilities
Support the management of the school's Instagram and Facebook accounts
Create photos, videos, stories and other content during school events and activities
Assist with the preparation and publication of social media posts
Support the development and management of the editorial calendar
Collect and organise content from different areas of the school
Assist in promoting school events, projects and initiatives
Support the preparation of newsletters, presentations and communication materials
Ensure that published content is consistent with the school's identity and communication guidelines
Work with colleagues to identify stories and activities that can be shared with the school community
Support the Country Marketing Manager in general marketing and communication activities
Handle images, information and personal data in accordance with privacy and safeguarding requirements
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Degree course or recent qualification in Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design or a related field
Strong interest in social media, digital communication and content creation
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and digital content formats
Basic photography and video-making skills
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative, accurate and well organised
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of Italian and English
Interest in the education sector and in working within a school environment
