About the Role
We are looking for aQuality Control Coordinatorto join DEAL's QHSE team.
The role is responsible for coordinating Quality Control activities across projects and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of theISO **** Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate quality inspections, testing and controls for products, equipment, components and project activities;
Ensure compliance withtechnical specifications, drawings, standards and contractual requirements;
Coordinate inspections withsuppliers, subcontractors, clients and third parties;
Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and quality dossiers;
Managenon-conformities, corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives;
Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance;
Maintain and improve theISO **** Quality Management System;
Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/certification audits;
MonitorQuality KPIsand prepare reports and dashboards for Management;
Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
Experience inQuality Control, Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in an industrial, engineering, construction or project environment;
Good knowledge ofISO **** and Quality Management Systems;
Experience with audits, quality documentation and non-conformity management;
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications;
Good knowledge ofEnglish;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Foxit Adobe (nice to have);
Technical education or qualification;
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Accuracy, proactivity and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Working conditions
Office-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations.

Permanent job.
Annual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO.
Lavoro da remoto 1 day per week.
