We are looking forbrilliant candidates with a strong passion for theAutomotivesector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internshipin adynamicandinternational context based in ourTraining Center Department (Manufacturing Services) at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- On-boarding Training path for production operators
- Processes Training (eg. Takt-Time, 5S, ...)
- Technical and Safety trainings
- Definition and organization of new trainings
- MUNER University lectures organization and management
- Continuous improvements, update and optimization of trainings
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- Fluent Italian and English, German will be a plus
- Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields
- Analytical Skills
- Target oriented
- Knowledge of 3D CAD system will be a plus
- Monthly allowance
- Flexible hybrid program format
