They're growing fast, and they're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help drive that growth and become a key player in their next chapter.

What you'll be doing
You'll sit at the heart of the company's growth strategy, spotting opportunities and building the kind of client partnerships that last.
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity
- Targeting prospective clients across specialist markets
- Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Running client meetings, virtual and face-to-face
- Negotiating commercial terms and service agreements
- Partnering with recruitment consultants to deliver first-class solutions
- Growing and developing key client accounts
- Managing your pipeline and CRM like a pro
- Repping the business at networking events and industry exhibitions
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within a recruitment agency
- A track record of winning and growing new business
- Sharp communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset with a hunger for hitting targets
- Confidence in front of senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong organisational and relationship-building instincts
- Fluent English (essential)
- Additional European languages? Big plus
