Your mission as the Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of our customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- You have minimum 2 years of experience, working as a service or maintenance technician
- Technical school background
- Basic knowledge of English

Starting from a gross annual salary of Euro 30.000 and a contractual classification at Level IV of the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector (CCNL Commercio).
The gross annual salary and the contractual classification level may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience in similar roles. The compensation package also includes: Variable Compensation, laptop and mobile phone, meal vouchers, insurance coverage, as well as other benefits provided under the company's policies. The Field Service Technician will be given a company card with private use. The actual compensation offered will also be determined based on various factors, including internal pay equity, level of responsibility, work experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
