and stock replenishment.Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by applying effective and engaging sales techniques.Ensure the store's visual presentation consistently aligns with brand guidelines.ProfileMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury or high-end retail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.High professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability.A passion for culture, fragrance, and craftsmanship is a plus.Languages RequiredFluent in Italian and English (required).
Knowledge of Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus.Contract TypeFull-Time, Fixed-TermWork ScheduleMonday to Sunday, with rotating shifts.Availability on weekends required.
