For our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated IT Manager

Reporting directly to the CIO, the IT Manager will be responsible for supervising the IT department and managing the implementation of new systems, technologies, and internal policies. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company's digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all activities of the IT department, leading a team of 6-7 professionals and ensuring clear communication, transparency, and priority management.
- Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor the performance of existing systems to assess productivity, operational costs, upgrade needs, and overall efficiency.
- Oversee the security of networks, systems, and enterprise data.
- In alignment with the Corporate Security function,



ensure robust protection of digital assets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments to maintain high protection standards at the local level.
- Support internal and external audits related to information security and provide regular reports to the corporate office, ensuring service quality and compliance.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in managing SAP systems and IT infrastructures.
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong technical expertise in programming, network/server administration, and IT security.
- Previous experience in multinational manufacturing companies is highly valued. xysqume

Gross Annual Salary: 70-75K € (Quadro level) + MBO
