As aJunior Account Managerat Odoo, you will manage aportfolio of mid-sized companiesacross multiple industries within the Italian market, acting as their main point of contact.
You will also collaborate closely with ournetwork of partners- software houses and IT companies - to ensure customers receive the best possible support throughout their Odoo journey.
Using a consultative approach, you will strengthen long-term partnerships, identify new business opportunities within your portfolio, and help customers maximize the value of Odoo.
This role is all about building trust, understanding business needs, and creating sustainable relationships that drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
Develop the relationship and grow the contract:manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners in Italy
Be the main point of contact of our partners:analyse and understand in depth their needs
Increase customers' adoption of Odooby demonstrating new apps, features, and versions, and by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer the most suitable solutions
Negotiate contract renewals:from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant
Knowledge ofItalian (C2)andEnglish (C1)
Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills
Project Management ability:manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Stakeholders management:building relationship with both clients and partners
Based on your experience, the position offers asalary range between € ****** and € ******.
