Cosa farai?
Supervisione dei metodi di lavoro prestabiliti per tutte le fasi di lavorazione, nel rispetto del piano di produzione e dei cicli previsti, ottemperando alle norme GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) e segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie del processo di produzione;
Supervisione delle macchine di reparto e delle anomalie;
Redazione di report sulle anomalie intercorse durante il turno;
Redazione di report sulle tempistiche delle fasi produttive;
Supporto nella scrittura di standard work e WI;
Collaborazione al miglioramento continuo del reparto e nella risoluzione dei problemi fornendo suggerimenti ai responsabili e il proprio contributo nelle attività di implementazione;
Rispettare le norme di EHS (Enviroment, Health & Safety) all'interno del site, seguendo le procedure definite e segnalando tempestivamente eventuali rischi identificati.
