pbCustomer Service Specialist (Italian Romanian Speaker) /b /ppOur client is a leading multinational company operating in the bhealth, wellness and nutritional supplements industry /b, recognized globally for its commitment to product quality, customer satisfaction and innovation. /ppbr/ppTo support the continued growth of its European operations, we are seeking a bCustomer Service Specialist /b who will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience and contributing to the enhancement of customer engagement and retention. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppReporting to the Customer Service Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for: /pulliDelivering a high-quality customer experience through timely, professional and solution-oriented support. /liliManaging customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email and chat. /liliHandling order processing, returns management, credit requests and related administrative activities. /liliGathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. /liliSupporting local market activities through the review, proofreading and translation of communication materials. /liliCollaborating closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency of customer communications. /liliManaging outbound communications related to backorders, shipment delays and service updates. /liliProviding clear and accurate information regarding products, services and compensation programs. /liliParticipating in team projects, continuous improvement initiatives and performance review activities. /liliSupporting company events and customer engagement initiatives when required. /liliEnsuring compliance with internal procedures, communication guidelines and company policies.
