Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio for Italy, shaping mid- to long-term marketing strategies and driving product launches.
You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to grow portfolio profitability and market share.
The position emphasizes cross-country collaboration, portfolio optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.
This is a hybrid, on-site role near Bergamo, offering the chance to influence a core agricultural portfolio.

Lead product launches, campaigns, field activities, and promotional plans
Drive portfolio performance including pricing, volume, and profitability
Identify customer, market, and competitor opportunities
Collaborate with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategies
Lead strategic growth projects across Corn and Rice
Coordinate with EAME Marketing, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development and Communications teams
ResponsabilitàProven marketing experience in agriculture, crop protection or related sector
Strong agronomy/crop protection knowledge
Degree in Agriculture or related discipline xysqume
Strong commercial, analytical and strategic skills
Fluent in Italian and English
