In Italy, Societe Generale Factoring ranks #10th on the factoring market and manages a portfolio of approximately 250 clients and **** debtors and a total yearly turnover exceeding EUR 7.5bn.
As a
KYC & ESG Assistant Intern
, you will support the commercial team in ensuring the smooth execution of customer due diligence and ESG processes. You will act as a local point of contact for KYC and ESG matters, working closely with dedicated support teams located in Bucharest and Bangalore.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting KYC onboarding and periodic review processes in coordination with KYC analysts based in Bucharest.
Assisting the Commercial Team in collecting, reviewing, and monitoring client documentation.
Acting as the local point of contact for ESG topics within Société Générale Factoring France.
Supporting ESG assessments and processes in collaboration with ESG analysts based in Bangalore.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of KYC and ESG procedures and data quality.
Et si c'était vous ?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 or above) in Compliance, AML, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interest in KYC, Compliance, AML, and ESG topics.
Native Italian speaker with good command of English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
