About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee the full lifecycle management of our subsidiary outlets. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, budget control, site selection, leasing, construction, compliance, and daily operations of outlets to ensure brand consistency, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

:Develop and implement operational procedures for outlets in alignment with corporate policies

.Lead annual outlet planning, including establishment, merger, and closure proposals

.Manage outlet-related budgets (leasing, renovation, asset procurement) and monitor execution

.Oversee end-to-end outlet projects: site selection, contract negotiation, renovation, and acceptance

.Handle leasing processes (new, renewal, termination) and asset management (leasing, procurement, physical inventory)

.Process expense reimbursements and payment applications for outlet-related costs

.Conduct on-site management covering safety, cleanliness, fire protection, surveillance, branding, 6S, and staff conduct

.Perform regular inspections, random audits, and drive issue resolution

e:Policy Communicatio n: Promote and implement corporate outlet management guidelines and regional operational rule

s.Strategic Plannin g: Coordinate annual regional outlet layout plans; collect and review business line demands; submit to HQ and track approval

s.Budget Contro l: Prepare annual budgets (rental,



renovation, asset procurement); handle adjustments; monitor expenditures and perform variance analysi

s.Leasing & Executio n: Conduct site surveys, price comparisons, lease negotiations, contract drafting, and internal reviews; manage renovation and asset deploymen

t.Comprehensive Managemen t: Maintain outlet licenses and certifications; supervise staff compliance; manage asset ledgers; handle expense reconciliation and invoice filing; oversee 6S, branding, safety, and emergency respons

e.Inspection & Rectificatio n: Conduct monthly full-coverage inspections, quarterly random checks, and ensure timely closure of identified issue
