ph3YOUR ROLE /h3 pYou will join the MEMS Characterization and Module Validation Teams; in this role you will be in charge of: /p ul liCharacterization and debug of innovative MEMS sensors /li liTesting methodology and setup definition using laboratory instruments including specific MEMS equipment /li liData analysis focusing on early detection of technical problems /li liInvestigation and deep analysis in case of unexpected test result interacting with Design, Application, and Quality teams.
/li /ul h3Your Skills Experiences /h3 ul liMaster's degree in electronic engineering recommended /li liLabVIEW programming tool knowledge /li liExperienced with measurement instruments and methodology for IC/MEMS, RR and metrology knowledge /li liStatistical data analysis and reporting skills /li liCuriosity and attitude to treat unexpected test results, problem solving.
/li /ul pThe expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.
/p pIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender?neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience,
qualifications, and market benchmarks.
Placement within the range will depend on the candidate's profile and demonstrated competencies.
The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
