IL TUO RUOLO
As an Industrial Operations Engineer at Capgemini Engineering you will be responsible for:
Planning, design, implementation and improvement of production plant infrastructure and equipment, buildings and facilities;
Supporting organizational change by managing changes to processes, behaviors, technologies, and internal and external stakeholders;
Planning, designing, implementing, and improving processes, documentation, technologies, and tools for asset management during the operational phase of the life cycle.

Defining and integrating solutions for improving sustainability performance and evaluating the impact of sustainability on products and processes;
Implementing Supply Chain processes in industrial operations.
In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:
Facilities Engineering
Transformation Management
In-Field Maintenance Support
Sustainable Operations
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
LE TUE CARATTERISTICHE
Master's Degree in Industrial, Management, Civil, Building, Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
Previous experience in the application fields of Industrial Operations;
Ability to work in a team with a collaborative approach and oriented towards continuous improvement of design solutions;
Knowledge of technical English.
