/p /brp b Employment Type /b: B2B/ Freelance Contract /p /brul /brliProvide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues /li /brliTroubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business applications /li /brliInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices /li /brliSupport printers, scanners, and other end-user equipment /li /brliHandle password resets and basic Active Directory tasks /li /brliConfigure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivity /li /brliLog, track,
and update incidents in the ticketing system /li /brliEscalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams /li /brliEnsure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements /li /brli1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support /li /brliStrong knowledge of Windows ***** environment /li /brliBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) /li /brliExperience with Active Directory and user account management /li /brliGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /li /brliStrong communication and customer service skills /li /brliAbility to work independently in an on-site environment /li /br /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
