LARUSMIANI is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to oversee the visual presentation of the brand across its boutiques, seasonal locations and hospitality partners.
The role combines visual creativity, planning and hands-on execution , ensuring that every LARUSMIANI space reflects the brand’s identity and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute window displays and seasonal visual merchandising across LARUSMIANI boutiques, hotel spaces and partner locations, in line with collections, launches, events and commercial priorities.
- Personally supervise installations and set-ups, coordinating materials, products, props and display elements for each project.
- Manage schedules, priorities and timelines across multiple locations, with regular visits to maintain and update displays to brand standards.
- Work closely with Marketing, Retail and Style teams to ensure consistency across all physical touchpoints.
- Support special projects, events, pop-ups and temporary brand installations.
Locations
The role requires frequent travel across LARUSMIANI's current locations and partner spaces, including:
Milan · Porto Cervo (seasonal) · Lake Como (seasonal) · St. Moritz
Additional destinations may be added according to the brand’s development and seasonal projects.
Profile
- 5+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in the luxury sector, premium retail or hospitality.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate a brand identity into compelling physical displays.
- Fluent Italian and English are essential.
- Availability to travel frequently , including during seasonal openings and special projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite and graphic design software
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage installations directly on site.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills in fast-paced and changing environments.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye who is also practical, organized and comfortable working on the ground . The ideal candidate understands the standards of luxury retail and can take ownership of a project from the initial visual concept and planning through to the final installation.
