Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Learning Support the execution and administration of learning initiatives on the LMS platform, ensuring accurate setup, communication, monitoring, and reporting; Assist in the design and development of learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, feedback forms); Support the coordination, tracking, and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions; Help organize training activities and maintain the learning catalogue; Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects; Support the tracking of suppliers,
including entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring payment progress; Analyze learning metrics and assist in preparing reports and dashboards; Support internal communication campaigns related to learning initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field; Interest in L Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel is required; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus; Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organizational and project management skills; Fluent in English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus.
