What will you do?
Expansion and management of properties inPortugal;
Acquisition of importantproperty management companies in Portugal, potentially interested in promoting their properties on Spacest.com: from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
Daily management of relations withPortuguese Property Owners and Managers: performance analysis, improvement of listings, etc.

Business Development activities.
What is required?
FluentPortugueselanguage;
Fluent English language;
Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills;
Sales aptitude;
Organisational and management skills;
Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
Bachelors degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
