enhancing and developing the businessBuild and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM and Clienteling strategiesBuild strong team collaborationsContribute to maintain the visual display of the products in accordance with visual guidelinesHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseBe confident with cashier procedures and after sales managementFollow Company grooming, accordingly with the Company's standards and policiesKey Requirements-Deep passion for fashion and luxury-Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail companies xysqume -Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude-Comfortable in client face activities and clienteling-Ability to adapt to different customers-Team-playing aptitude-Strong communication skills-Understanding of Retail- KPIsDigital Ability-Ability to work in a dynamic environment-Fluent in English, a second language will be considered a plus
