Construction and Industrial Services - Project Engineering Manager

- Previous experience in complex construction sites
- Previous experience (around 10 years in total) in complex construction sites
- Background in Civil engineering is mandatory
- Knowledge of Industrial Services is highly recommended
- Manufacturing projects management (“making it happen”):
5 years’ experience in a international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
- Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Annual Base Salary €85.000,00.
Position Summary
Lead the construction and Industrial services scope execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimising of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.
