POP MART ITALY S.R.L. in Milan, Italy, seeks an HR & Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across Italy and Spain.
The role reports to the HRBP and collaborates with external payroll providers (ADP) to ensure accurate data, timely closes, and compliance with local laws.
You will handle hires, terminations, salary updates, bonuses, payroll reporting and audits, contributing to continuous process improvements within POP MART's HR operations in the region.
