Supply Chain Manager - Satellite & Space

We're looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain for an innovative organisation operating within the satellite and space sector. Where you would be involved with next-gen development of satellite manufacturing.
This is a senior role overseeing the flow of materials, components and finished products across the entire lifecycle from supplier and internal stock through inspection, production, storage and final delivery. We're looking for a strong supply chain professional with experience managing complex, technical products and components across multiple stages of the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from material sourcing through to delivery of completed products.
- Managing the flow of raw materials, components and units from suppliers and internal inventory.
- Overseeing material inspections and quality processes to ensure components meet required standards.
- Managing logistics, including the storage, movement and delivery of goods.
- Working closely with production planning to ensure materials and components are available when required.
- Coordinating the integration of components and subsystems into larger satellite systems.
- Optimising supply chain processes, inventory and material flow to support efficient production.
- Supporting the development and delivery of satellite subsystems, working closely with engineering and production teams.
- Taking ownership of supply chain performance, ensuring materials and products move efficiently throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.
- Experience managing material flows across suppliers, internal stock, production and delivery.
- Strong understanding of inventory, logistics, warehousing and material management.
- Experience working within a technical engineering, manufacturing or aerospace/space environment.
- Experience working closely with production and engineering teams.
- Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- An understanding of complex component integration and technical product lifecycles.
