General Description of the Role We are seeking a smart and self-motivated attorney to serve as an in-house partner to the Company's commercial/sales, channel marketing, and brand marketing teams, providing day-to-day legal counsel across a broad portfolio of alcoholic beverages.
This role will provide day-to-day legal support across Campari's portfolio of premium spirits brands, with a primary focus on marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial matters.




The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with marketers, agencies, and business leaders to bring creative ideas to life while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risk.
The attorney should possess strong commercial judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide clear, actionable advice to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Mission / Objectives The mission of the Marketing Counsel is to support Campari America's commercial objectives by providing strategic legal guidance on marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, sponsorships, consumer promotions, events, partnerships, and related commercial agreements.
This role will help enable innovative marketing activations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and responsible marketing standards.
The Marketing Counsel will also support the legal department's broader commercial contracting needs and partner with internal stakeholders to develop practical solutions that balance business objectives and legal risk.
