/li liMaintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
/li liAnalyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns, and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
/li liCross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
/li liMFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).




/li liCollaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.
/li /ul pbRequirements : /b /p ul liGood ability to interact with different professional levels.
/li liAbility to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.
/li liProblem solving approach.
/li liTwo/Theee years of experience in professional rule specializes in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest.
/li liSAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting.
/li liItalian and English language are mandatory.
