We are seeking an experienced Head of Standardization .
This role is responsible for defining and leading the company’s global standardization strategy , ensuring alignment between standard development, intellectual property (IP) strategy, and licensing objectives.
This role is responsible for transforming standardization activities into actionable intelligence, enabling the identification of technology trends, IP opportunities,



and companies implementing standardized technologies for potential licensing.
Leading a team of Standardization Engineers, the Head of Standardization ensures that insights derived from standardization are effectively translated into IP value creation and revenue-generating licensing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the company’s standardization strategy across key standardization bodies including 3GPP, ETSI, IEEE, MPEG.
- Establish priorities based on: IP value creation, licensing potential, technology evolution.
- Lead and develop a team of Standardization Engineers, setting clear objectives and performance metrics aligned with intelligence generation, business impact (not only technical activity).
- Establish and oversee processes to monitor the evolution of standards and to analyse associated IP landscapes.
- Identify key technical features and emerging trends and ensure identification of companies implementing standardized technologie
