Im currently supporting a leading medical device manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team on a long-term freelance contract.
The opportunity
Location:Mirandola, Italy
Contract:15 months
Start:ASAP
Work pattern:Full-time, 5 days onsite
Italian speaking required
Were looking for experience in:
Process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Process start-up, industrialisation and validation
FAT, SAT, OQ & PQ execution
Writing and executing validation protocols
Process improvement and manufacturing troubleshooting
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Statistical process analysis includingMinitab, DOE, CpK, PpK & Gage R&R;
Manufacturing technologies such as plastics, moulding, ultrasonic welding, bonding, leak testing or vision systems
Experience withinmedical devices or another regulated manufacturing environmentwould be highly beneficial.
