We are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.Job DescriptionYou will join the boutique of a prestigious international luxury brand located in the heart of Milan, specializing in both men's and women's ready-to-wear collections.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an outstanding personalized shopping experience through luxury client advising.Welcome customers and provide exceptional service while building long-lasting client relationships.Drive client loyalty through effective clienteling, CRM management, and engaging storytelling of products and collections.Manage cash register operations and contribute to the growth of the boutique's client portfolio through customer retention initiatives.Support stockroom operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, organization, replenishment, and adherence to brand standards.Demonstrate familiarity with omnichannel retail by assisting with online orders, shipping activities,
and client requests across digital sales channels, including platforms such as Farfetch, ensuring a seamless customer experience between online and in-store services.Maintain the boutique's visual standards and ensure an impeccable presentation of the sales floor and stock areas.ProfileRequirementsMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Client Advisor or Sales Associate within the luxury retail sector, with a strong background in personalized client service.Proven ability to build customer loyalty and establish long-term client relationships.Excellent presentation, positive attitude, and a strong team-player mindset.Fluent in English is essential.
Knowledge of Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), or Arabic (or other) is considered a strong advantage.Passion for luxury fashion with a proactive, energetic, and sales-driven approach.Experience working with CRM systems and omnichannel retail environments is highly desirable.Working HoursFull-time (40 hours per week).
