ecoprime Italia is looking for a Junior Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Milan and support the management and performance optimisation of our clients' renewable energy portfolios (photovoltaic and wind assets).

Job Responsibilities
As part of the Asset Management team, you will support the operational, technical, and administrative activities related to renewable energy assets, including:
Supporting the Asset Management team in the daily management of photovoltaic and wind portfolios
Collecting, organising, and maintaining technical, contractual, and administrative documentation
Updating monitoring files, databases, and internal reports

Supporting coordination with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants
Performing data verification, reporting activities, and document archiving
Providing general organisational and operational support to the team
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree, diploma, or equivalent studies in Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or another relevant discipline.
Candidates with different educational backgrounds who demonstrate strong analytical skills and an interest in renewable energy are also encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and reliability
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to approach new topics and changing priorities
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn, develop new skills, and expand knowledge across different areas of renewable energy asset management
Ability and motivation to integrate into a team and actively contribute to a collaborative working environment
Good command of English
Previous professional experience is welcome but not mandatory — motivation, commitment, and willingness to learn are highly valued
