What You’ll Be Doing
As a Market Development Partner - Welfare (L.68/99), you will help expand our Welfare products within the Large Enterprise segment (company up to 350 employees). You will work with the team to drive growth and build the sales pipeline. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Generate sales-qualified leads through outbound activities (cold calling, emails, and strategic online meetings with key customers).
- Develop new business opportunities by engaging with Large Enterprise Employers’ main stakeholders to present Satispay as a leading welfare solution.
- Fuel the sales pipeline by building a robust pipeline of mid- and large-enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team.
- Master sales tools by using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outbound tools (Sales Navigator/Lusha) to track and manage activities.




- Collaborate on growth strategies with the team to exceed lead-generation targets and scale the Large Enterprise business line.

- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, focusing on contacting and engaging Enterprise-level customers.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships with executives and high-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator) to manage a complex sales pipeline.
- Fluency in Italian and English with a proactive, results-oriented approach in a fast-paced international environment.
