Positions Available:1–2 Psychiatrists
A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida, is seeking one to two Psychiatrists to join their growing team.
The program is actively expanding, with a current census of approximately 40 patients and the capacity to increase into the 80s.
Position OverviewThis role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative behavioral health setting, providing comprehensive psychiatric care.
Candidates must be comfortable working alongside and supervising mid-level providers within a team-based care model.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary staff
Provide clinical oversight and support to mid-level providers
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in call coverage as required
Additional NotesFacility census currently at 40 patients with projected growth
Must be comfortable practicing in a collaborative model with mid-level providers

QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Active Florida medical license (or ability to xysqume obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable working in a higher-volume setting
Strong team collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits$380k salary, flexible and negotiable for the right candidate
