/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /pulliCoordinate a team of approximately 15 people, including developers, analysts, and testers; /liliLead and oversee the team's activities on the ServiceNow platform; /liliPlan and manage IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; /liliManage customer relationships (customer management); /liliAlign the team's activities with project objectives and client needs; /liliCoordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication; /liliMonitor project progress, performance, and results.
/li /ulpbRequired technical skills: /b /pulliExperience in IT project management; /liliAbility to manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; /liliKnowledge of the ServiceNow platform; /liliExperience in the operational management of technical teams (developers, analysts, testers); /liliSkills in client management and project deliverables.
/li /ulpThe ideal candidate also possesses strong coordination skills,
the ability to work effectively in a team, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
/ppbEducation: /bDiploma or degree in STEM subjects.
