PositionWe are seeking a Production Graphic for our Customized Auto Suit program to ensure that all artwork meets the standard of the creative goal and is ready for print or digital execution.
You will play a crucial role in the finalization and preparation of graphics for production, being responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and technical specifications of designs before they go into final production.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the development and account team department to ensure seamless execution for our clients.
You will need to be obsessive about the details and use your knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite to work quickly to bring established design direction and assets to life.
You will collaborate with the development team, clients,

and printing vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects.Main Responsibilities:You will prepare final production-ready art for both print and digitalYou will be responsible for managing colour proof and mock-up for internal or client review through our digital proofing systemYou will also make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any issues that arise during productionYou will follow a production timeline to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time, whilst also checking the work for accuracyYou will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standardsYou will review proofs and pre-production samples for accuracy against final filesYou will also maintain an organized archive of final filesYou will ensure accurate layout and electronic files according to specificationsRequirements:Educational background in Graphic Design or a related fieldA minimum of 1 years' experience in print production "artwork" for apparel with an understanding of the digital production process and formatsExcellent time and project managementVery organized, creative, efficient, flexible, and able to work well within a teamUnderstanding of 4-colour process printing, spot colour printing, and printing techniquesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopGood oral and written communication skillsFluent in EnglishAbility to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervisionOther InformationLocation – Asolo (On-Site)Compensation Package – From €28,000 (Depending on experience)
