/p /brh3Senior Field Operations Engineer /h3 /brh3Position Summary /h3 /brpThe Senior Field Operations Engineer is responsible for leading the execution of complex industrial field projects worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The role combines technical expertise, field leadership and project execution.
The successful candidate will progressively become team leader of the field team coordinating field teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement of operational practices.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects.
/li /brliPlan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments.
/li /brliEnsure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures.
/li /brliSupervise installation, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of industrial process equipment /li /brliPerform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections, instrumentation verification and system testing.
/li /brliDiagnose and resolve technical issues under demanding field conditions.
/li /brliInterface directly with customer operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
/li /brliPrepare technical documentation and field reports.
/li /brliSupport equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li /brliTrain, coach and mentor junior field personnel.
/li /br /ul /brh3Required Experience /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 2–4 years of industrial field experience.
/li /brliProven experience leading teams in complex industrial environments.
/li /brliExperience operating at customer sites with demanding HSE standards.
/li /br /ul /brh3Technical Background /h3 /brpCandidates should demonstrate practical experience in several of the following areas: /p /brul /brliIndustrial electrical systems, priority on electrical control panel /li /brliPumps, valves and piping /li /br /ul /brh3Preferred Industry Experience /h3 /brul /brliIndustrial Field Services /li /brliProcess Industries /li /br /ul /brh3Leadership Personal Attributes /h3 /brul /brliStrong leadership capability and ability to lead by example.
