We develop innovative adhesive solutions that touch millions of lives every day.
We're increasing our Sales Team and we're looking for Key Account Manager (M/F/D) to support and develop our business
in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new opportunities in the market aligned with company objectives;
Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion;
Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application;
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms;
Coordinate tests to approve Colquimica Adhesives;
Develop accountplans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports;
Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Degree in Management, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or similar field;
Minimum 5 yearsin B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry;
Fluent in English (mandatory) other languages are a plus;
Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications;
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
