vivo is looking for a proactive Junior GTM Manager to support our go-to-market activities in Italy. You will help shape product and channel strategies, coordinate new product launches, monitor sales performance, and work closely with sales, retail, brand, and other cross-functional teams to deliver market objectives.This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and wants to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-moving, international environment.

JobResponsibilities

ProductSalesStrategy:Developproduct‑mixplanningforprioritychannelsandchannel‑specificsalesstrategiesforeachproductline.Collaboratewithcross‑functionalteamstotrackandmanageplannedvolumesandinventoryturnoverthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
2. ChannelSalesStrategy:Reviewandmonitorannualandmonthlysalestargetsacrosschannels.Alignsalesandretailresourcestoensureon‑trackdeliveryoffull‑yearbusinessobjectives.
3. SalesAttribution&PerformanceImprovement;:Leverageinternalvolume‑priceforecastingandcompetitive‑benchmarkinsightstoformulatesalesstrategiesforprioritychannelsandkeyproducts,andproviderecommendationsforresource‑allocationdecisions.CollaboratewithItaly‑basedsales,retailandbrandteamstoexecuteinitiativesanddrivesalesperformanceuplift.
4. InternalCross‑functionalCollaboration:Ownnew‑productlaunchworkflows,coveringroadmapalignment,launch‑plandevelopment,on‑the‑groundexecutionandpost‑launchreview.ComplywithGTMteammanagementandwork‑splitrequirementstodelivermarket‑specifictargets.
JobRequirements
1. Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,withminimum3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience.Priorexperienceinmobile‑industrychannel,sales,retailandproduct‑relatedrolesispreferred.
2. Strongcommunicationskills,rigorouslogicalthinking,sharpresult‑orientationandprovenabilitytolearnanditeraterapidly.
3. Highsenseofownershipandexecutioncapability;capableofindependentlydeliveringprojectsanddrivingcross‑partystakeholderstowardsharedgoals.
4. Proficient in both English and Chinese; Italian language proficiency at B2 level or above.
