The Role
CRA is looking for a motivated Junior Administrative and Accounting Officer to join our finance and administration team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international studio environment, supporting day-to-day financial operations and administrative processes. The successful candidate will be mentored by one of our senior colleagues, gaining direct guidance and support as they develop their skills. We‘re looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting operations.
- Handle domestic and international active and passive invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax deadlines (VAT settlement, Intrastat, recording adjustments, and self-invoices).
- Prepare financial statement data, including adjustment entries and depreciation.
- Oversee administrative activities, including shipments, travel organization, company cards, and cash management.
- Maintain relationships with tax consultants and external advisors.
- Monitor receivables and payments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and proactive.

Contract terms and salary will be defined based on the experience and seniority level of the chosen profile.
