Strong Communicators Needed for An Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - Versilia, IT (NEW)
Contract. Join our program supporting Airbnb's Luxe program as a Home Consultant and help us uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected from the luxury homes in Airbnb's Luxe offering.
As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in‐person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Consultants typically complete home consultations in approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on property size.
Please note that this project operates on an as‐needed basis. Some weeks may have higher activity levels while others may be lighter depending on operational demand and market needs.
What you'll do: Conduct in‐person onsite home consultations and property evaluations
Complete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of the properties using provided guidelines and templates
Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts
Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication
Preferred but not required: background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields
You own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos
Proficient in written and spoken English
Tech‐comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection
Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1‐bedroom home. In addition to the consultation fee, consultants will also receive compensation for travel for each day they conduct an assessment at a predetermined rate based on the consultant's distance from the center of the zone they are assigned to.
