The Branch Operations Manager (City Lead) plays a vital role in delivering this mission locally by ensuring high-quality rental operations, seamless service coordination, and a consistent, customer-centric experience. As the on-site leader, you will drive operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey while acting as the bridge between global standards and local execution.
The Role As Branch Operations Manager,
you will have full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of our Reykjavik depot. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will lead the local team and ensure the depot consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience while operating in a cost-effective and high-performing manner.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing operations.
Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift planning, task allocation, and performance feedback.
Be a culture setter and lead by example.
Monitor vehicle availability and proactively reduce downtime, including performing repairs when necessary.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
What We're Looking For 7-10 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
