What you will do * Define and implement strategies for tenders, contracts, and related business processes aligned with commercial priorities * Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists, monitoring performance through defined KPIs and engagement indicators * Manage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle, ensuring timely submission, compliance,
and high-quality deliverables * Drive strategic decision-making by integrating competitive insights, scenario analysis, and performance tracking (win/loss ratios, pipeline conversion) * Influence cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, compliance, legal) to strengthen business decisions and outcomes * Ensure full compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and internal policies * Monitor and optimize pipeline, contract governance, and risk management frameworks to support business planning * Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives (standardization, simplification, digitalization) to increase efficiency and scalability What you need * Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Public Administration or related field * Minimum 6 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial operations, customer service, compliance, legal, process man
