Key Responsibilities Manage from the pre-opening all aspects of restaurants and room service operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during all shifts. Train, lead and supervise the service team, ensuring alignment with LQA standards and a guest-centric approach. Manage the Sommellerie, staff scheduling, daily briefings and team development, fostering a positive and high-performing environment. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to feedback or concerns, and ensure follow-up actions. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between service and culinary delivery.
Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences through personalized attention and elegant interaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards and internal policies. Support inventory management, cost control and ordering processes. Participate and giving constant contributes in training programs, performance reviews and staff onboarding, also leading by example. Promote a culture of excellence, discretion and continuous improvement within the team and synergically collaborating with the other HODs. Prerequisites Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Previous experience (minimum 2–3 years) in a Restaurant manager role within upscale or fine dining restaurants, preferably in luxury hotels adopting LQA and/or Forbes standards.
