As a Senior Manager at Bain, you will oversee the formulation and implementation of strategic recommendations to improve the performance of Bain's clients by providing thought leadership and daily oversight to your case team as well as collaborating closely with our clients. Your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, process management, business acumen and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. Senior Managers assume responsibility for value creation and delivery of key client recommendations, provide leadership, coaching and supervision to case team members, and build and strengthen client relationships WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Senior Manager, you'll quickly join and lead case teams serving our clients and gain exposure to a spectrum of assignments that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and highly deadline driven.
You will be in the thick of action as you work side-by-side with some of the best in the business. And you will partner with our clients to action and impact.
