- DealClosing:PartnerwithAIA'sinvestmentprofessionalswholeadduediligence,valuation,anddealstructuring to secure the acquisition.
- Transition:TakeontheCEOrole,withastructuredtransitionplanthatincludesleadershiphandoverand relationship-building with key stakeholders.
- Operation:Leadthecompany'soperations,supportedbyAIA'steamingovernance,reporting,andcompliancetocreateandexecuteavalue-drivengrowthplan.
- Exit:PrepareandexecuteanexitstrategyinpartnershipwithAIA,maximizingreturnsandensuringasustainable future for the business.
