The Role
Wearelookingfor aSenior AI/ML Engineer to provide technical leadershipacross AI and datainitiatives. Thisisahands-onindividualcontributorroleforsomeonewhocan takeambiguous AI/MLproblems,understandthe technical challenges,shapepracticalsolutionsand breakthemdownintoexecutableengineering work. You'llworkcloselywithengineers, data scientists, product, domainexperts, Delivery and Architecture to turnideasintotechnicallysound, production-readysolutions.
You'llhelp teams makedifficulttechnicaldecisions,identifyrisks andunknownsearly, and provide the technicaldirectionneededtomovecomplexinitiativesforward. Success inthisrolemeanshelpingteams makebettertechnicaldecisions,reducinguncertaintyearlyandimprovingthequalityandpredictabilityof engineeringexecution. Thisisahybridpermanentrole, with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.
What You'll Work On You'llhelp build AI and data productsusedin energyenvironments,including: Predictivemaintenanceforcriticalinfrastructure Anomalydetectionon industrialsensordata Asset monitoring andoperationalintelligence Energy forecasting and time-seriesmodelling Production ML systemsoperatingon large-scalemultimodaldatasets Thesearedifficultreal-worldproblemsinvolvingnoisyand incompletesensordata, sparse labels, large-scale time-seriesdatasets andevolvingoperationalrequirements.
