Production / Saw Operator – $18.91/Hour (Direct Hire)
Our client in (Mesa, Arizona) is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Join a growing manufacturing team producing custom aluminum solutions in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What will you be doing?
- Operate a semi-automatic saw to cut aluminum profiles according to custom order specifications.
- Read cut sheets, technical drawings, and blueprints using metric measurements.
- Perform machining operations including drilling, tapping, boring, and countersinking.
- Maintain accurate production records on paper and computer systems.
- Keep the work area clean,



organized, and compliant with safety standards.

What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of metalworking, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of the metric system and experience operating fabrication equipment preferred
