Reporting to the S&OP; Manager, you will play a key role in driving demand planning activities, improving forecast accuracy, ensuring product availability, and supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Production Planning, Customer Service, and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and responsive supply chain. Key Responsibilities As a Demand Planner, you will:
Develop and consolidate monthly rolling demand forecasts for the next three months at SKU and customer level. Lead monthly forecast review meetings with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and external sales agents. Work closely with the Sales team to monitor promotional activities and changes in customer demand. Analyze forecast performance by comparing actual sales against forecasts and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy. Monitor sales trends across key customers and product portfolios. Coordinate the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) process and support the implementation of new product and material creation procedures (PDS). Create and maintain material master data in SAP and Power Apps. Monitor inventory coverage over the medium and long term by reviewing production and shipment plans with European manufacturing sites and co-packers. Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Se
