Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Account Manager (Freelance | Commission-Based)
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional to help expand Felipillon's client portfolio across Italy. This is a 100% commission-based freelance opportunity, offering attractive earnings for every successful client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across the Renewable Energy, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT sectors.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, HR managers, and key decision-makers.
- Present Felipillon's recruitment and talent solutions in a professional and consultative manner.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close client agreements.
- Hand over signed clients and hiring requirements to the Recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and sales opportunities.
- Represent Felipillon professionally during client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
Requirements
- Excellent Italian & English communication skills. (At least C1 for both languages)
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Account Management, or Recruitment Sales.
