* Define and implement the necessary corrections (waste, compliance,
etc.)Provide training to teams on technical advances, skills transfer, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards.Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team.Manage, evaluate, and manage production personnel (information, setting objectives, organising activities, technical assistance, safety)Raise team awareness of the requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000Competenze ed esperienza With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years of experience in flat extrusion, particularly in thermoformed sheet processing. xrdztoy
