We are looking for an engineering leader whose mission is to help evolve how software is built inside the organization through AI-assisted development, agentic coding workflows, and modern engineering practices.
This is not a traditional engineering management role focused mainly on delivery coordination. We are looking for someone who can establish and enforce high-leverage development workflows, improve engineering effectiveness, and help teams fully exploit modern AI coding tools and autonomous development systems.
You will work closely with engineers across projects and domains — helping shape coding standards, review processes, engineering tooling, development workflows, and AI-native software delivery practices.

What You'll Do
Help transform and scale AI-assisted software development practices across the organization:
- Establish engineering best practices around AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows
- Drive adoption of modern AI development tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, MCP-enabled workflows, autonomous agents, and related systems
- Improve development velocity and code quality through AI-assisted review, testing, refactoring, documentation, and automation practices
